Privacy Policy – Clenza

Last updated: December 16, 2025

This Privacy Notice for AI Office Toolkit (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you:

  • Download and use our mobile application (Clenza), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
  • Use Clenza (our all-in-one Gmail companion)
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

About Clenza

Clenza is an all-in-one Gmail companion that automatically syncs, categorizes, and manages every message directly on your device. Built with Flutter + GetX, it runs a zero-touch sync: first launch fetches the entire mailbox, subsequent sessions stream only changes. A local SQLite cache keeps everything available offline, while Gmail API batch operations mirror delete/move/star actions on the server.

Category views use color-coded icons, adaptive layouts, and an advanced action mode (star, move, delete, clear selections) plus search, sort, and long-press shortcuts. A controller layer centralizes logic (sync, lifecycle, selection state, AI categorization via Gemini Service) so screens stay stateless and responsive across devices.

Key Services

  • Gmail REST API: messages.list/get/history, trash/untrash/delete, batch modifiers
  • Google OAuth2: account authentication and token refresh
  • Gemini Service: AI-powered auto-categorization
  • LocalDbService: SQLite (sqflite/path_provider) for on-device caching
  • LoggingService: structured telemetry

Permissions / Scopes

  • Gmail scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify (or broader if auto-delete/move is enabled)
  • Internet access: for Gmail/Gemini APIs
  • Application documents directory access: for SQLite storage path
  • Optional: push/lifecycle permissions if background sync or notifications are added

With billing enabled, the app may leverage paid Gmail quota and Gemini inference capacity to deliver fast full-mailbox sync, category management, and AI-powered organization without re-fetching already-processed email.
